红极一时的网易云音乐，最近正式被更名为“网抑云”，原因是在网易云音乐的评论区，总是充斥着许多伤感的评论，并且以高赞排在评论前列，看着看着就让人抑郁了。

很多人在网易云听歌时，总是习惯在评论区写下当时的情绪和感受，在评论区寻找那个和自己有着共鸣的灵魂，这也形成了网易云独有的云村文化。

通常情况上，遇上这种网友群体“黑”的情况，最好的公关方法就是，用自嘲和自黑和方式，和用户站在同一战线上。而网易云此次危机公关，没有选择自黑，而是选择以温暖的态度和网友站到一起。

为此，网易云将评论区的“点赞”功能更改为“抱抱”，用户双手触屏幕后，真的像是张开双臂拥抱了对方，让整个评论区更有人情味。

“网抑云”为何会成为一种文化？
