针对社会现象，我们通常会采取“正负”技巧，详情见解题思路。

解题思路

二选一，建议考生选择自己熟悉的一方：

如果支持，整形手术让人更自信，走出阴霾，职业前景更广阔，校园生活也会更加丰富多彩等等。

如果反对，整形手术治标不治本，只在短时间内有效，并且存在失败的风险等等。

此处“正负”意为在给出自己的两个理由时，考生如有困难，在第二个理由可以从反面去说明自己的立场，具体示范见标答。

Well, another tricky question, but I suggest that doing plastic surgery is not a wise choice for young people, especially college students.

I'll elaborate my viewpoint in 2 sections.

Firstly, try to think about the collateral damage plastic surgery might bring into one's life, people think of it as some panacea, truthfully speaking, it's not. It may solve your problems for now, what about ten years later? Plastic surgery is merely addressing the symptoms, not the cause.

Then again, if you went ahead and did the surgery, you would get addicted easily, it's going to be one surgery after another. Just like people with tattoo addiction, it works in the same way I suppose.
