托福口语预测题-Task 1

When going to college, which do you think is the most important factor to consider when looking for an apartment?

1)Friendliness of roommates

2)Near stores and restaurants

3)Size of the room

审题分析

有限制的主观三选一，这里注意避免给自己“挖坑”，选择自己熟悉领域时，要想清楚自己是否能够用英文较流利表达你熟悉的内容，否则事半功倍。如果有困难，建议换一个领域。

解题思路

三选一，房间大小、室友是否友好、附近设施是否便利，三者之间，建议考生选择第二项，室友是否友好无法在短时间内看出来，房间大小也差不太多，阳台、客厅、厨房都是公用的。如果周围设施便利的话，不满意的话还可以换房子，另外设施便利也包括医院、银行等等，便于应对紧急情况。

Well, I could answer this one without breaking a sweat, near stores and restaurants will be on the top of my list.

I'll elaborate my viewpoint in 2 sections.

Firstly, you can always switch roommates if you guys don't get along with each other, and living in a lovely community with facilities and amenities would undoubtedly help you in that aspect should you ever needed it.

As for the size of the room, I'm comfortable with whatever place they have. To me, a cozy bed is all I need, all that balcony, living room, and kitchen are not for me since I'll be spending most of my time outdoors.
